Friday, April 6 - Bill Staines: His songs range from traditional folk tunes to more contemporary country ballads. AND, he won the National Yodeling Championship in 1975 at the Kerrville Folk Festival. Fun-loving Ashby couple, Deb O'Hanlon and Peter Fischman, open. $10 in advance, $12 day of show.
Saturday, April 7 - Northern Lights: They are true believers in the high lonesome sound of traditional bluegrass. Their blend of lush harmonies and lightning-fast instrumentals has been delighting audiences across the US since 1975 and has put three of their albums in the National Bluegrass Survey top ten. Solo acoustic performer Johnny Girouard opens (new CD Melancholy Daddio). $10 in advance, $12 day of show.
Friday, April 21 - Geoff Bartley: His songs are grounded in traditional folk, jazz and roots blues. He has won numerous Boston Music Award nominations, is a prize winning national finger-picker, and has won at the New Hampshire Guitar & Fiddle Contest. Billboard Magazine Song Contest awarded him 3rd prize in Performance for his driving blues/jazz guitar instrumental, "Blues Beneath the Surface." $10 in advance, $12 day of show.
Friday April 27 - Charlie Zahm: Charlie stars in this fundraiser for the Pepperell 4th of July Celebration Committee. He is one of the most popular soloists at Celtic music festivals, Scottish Games and Maritime music events anywhere east of the Mississippi. He has even sung live with Scotland's Black Watch. $13 in advance. $15 day of show. $10 seniors. Tickets only available through the Bull Run or the July 4th committee.
Saturday, April 28 - Maria Muldaur: (Midnight at the Oasis). Maria's new CD, Richland Woman Blues is being released in April 2001 and is a celebration of the early blues of the 1920's and 30's. She uses a convincing growl of offset, sly sexuality and balance reflective balladry with rawboned R&B. Ellsworth & Hicks open, finalists in the "Crossroads Music Awards 2000." $15 in advance, $19 day of show.
