Friday, August 3 - Rod MacDonald: With "witty lyrics and compelling guitar playing," Rod's songs have been recorded by Four Bitchin' Babes, Garnet Rogers, and Dave Van Ronk. "A Sailor's Prayer" has been covered by more than two dozen artists. He co-founded the Greenwich Village Folk Festival and contributed 28 songs to the Fast Folk Musical Magazine.
