Booking Your Function

Booking your Function at The Bull Run is easy! With a variety of function rooms, we can accommodate groups of all sizes.  Based on the number of guests you anticipate and date availability, we will help you select the room that best fits your needs.

Our farm-to-table menus offer choices to fit all tastes. Because everything is made in our kitchen, we are happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions at no additional cost. Please note: The Bull Run is open Wednesday through Sunday.




Room Rentals Include: 

  • Up to 3 hours in the space for your function, plus an additional hour prior to the start time for your personal touches

  • Choice of linen colors from our swatch chart

  • Bar Set-up with bartender with your choice of cash bar, open bar, drink tickets or one of our stations (mimosas, poinsettias, bloody mary's or sangria)

  • Access to sound system

  • Private Staff

  • All set-up, clean-up and trash removal

Booking Your Event

  • Contact our Banquet Manager, Amanda Davidson to inquire about rooms and to check date availability. 

  • Once your room and date are confirmed, we will provide a contract which will be due with a deposit (your room fee.)

  • All details are due a MINIMUM of two weeks in advance. (We will also work with last minute bookings!)

The Details (DUE 2 weeks BEFORE your function)

  • Linen Preferences (see swatch chart in link below)

  • Minimum Confirmed Guest Count 

  • Complete Menu (including entree counts for plated meals)

  • Confirmed Timeline (Host Arrival, Guest Arrival, Food Served & any special additions)

  • Bar Options (Cash Bar, Open Bar, Limited Open Bar, Drink Tickets or Drink Stations)
