The Bull Run Restaurant is a
Level 1 Certified Green Restaurant®.
This means all of our sustainable practices are verified by the Green Restaurant Association,
a national non-profit helping restaurants become more sustainable.
Our policies include composting all organic matter, recycling, reusing, ongoing training, elimination of all Styrofoam & plastic, implementing GRA-approved cleaning/laundering practices
and installing efficient heating and lighting.
Wherever possible, we buy local and prioritize trade with other green certified and/or local vendors.
