The Bull Run prioritizes sourcing locally within New England and eastern states whenever possible. We buy fresh and operate a "scratch" kitchen, meaning we make everything in house,
including all sauces, soups, gravy and dressings.
We are a 3-star Green Certified Restaurant with a focus on sustainability in all we do.
